These are the simple philosophies that Eddie Yan believes in and practices everyday which make him successful throughout his 19 years in the Real Estate Industry.

From a devoted father of two to a volunteered minor hockey coach, Eddie has achieved a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, Bachelor of Arts and Science Degrees from Simon Fraser University , and the highest level of licensing from the Real Estate Council of B.C., Agent 9.15. Eddie also volunteers his time teaching the less fortunate children martial arts, and at Vancouver Community College , he teaches new immigrants ESL. His determination and commitments to succeed in life has earned him the top 5% of all realtors for the past 19 years.

Besides his exceptional negotiating skills, fluency in Mandarin, Catontonese , English, and his valuable experience in real estate sales, Eddie brings to the team his remarkable organizational skills and visions, and does an outstanding job bringing together all team members.
